Senior Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Baker to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality baked goods for our customers.

This is a full-time position working on weekdays and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality products. You will be responsible for managing production workflows, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and contributing to the success of our bakery department.

• Manage production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the bakery area
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new product offerings
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives

• Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
