The Centre Operations SpecialistThis is a pivotal role contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of our centre.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational Support & Compliance: Ensure high standards in safety, compliance, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and operational performance.
- Contract Management: Assist in managing operational contracts to ensure value for expenditure.
- Maintenance Logs: Maintain maintenance logs and support the delivery of capital projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and essential safety measures.
- ESG Initiatives: Assist in implementing Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Supplier Management: Support day-to-day supplier management across services such as cleaning, security, HVAC, and vertical transport.
- Tenant Support: Support tenant onboarding and manage operational issues raised by retailers.
- Centre Representation: Represent the centre in meetings with National Operations and participate in relevant forums.
Administrative Duties:
- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of reports, forecasts, and budget documentation.
- Risk Management: Maintain oversight of risk registers and ensure appropriate documentation is in place for HSE audits.
Prior experience in an operational support role within a retail or mixed-use property environment is required. Proven ability to contribute to project delivery within budget and timeframe constraints is also necessary.
