Strategic Leader for Civil Infrastructure Development

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in driving the operational performance of our civil construction division. You will oversee project delivery, commercial outcomes, team leadership, and client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience managing land development or civil infrastructure projects at scale, with a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategy and performance through high-level leadership.
  • Champion a robust safety culture and lead by example across all operations.
  • Optimize financial performance of civil contracts, ensuring timely delivery to budget and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, contract management, and reporting.
  • Review tenders, pricing, and risk assessments to maximize commercial outcomes.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions.
  • Effectively manage plant, equipment, and workforce utilization across multiple projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior civil construction management role. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, exceptional commercial acumen, and advanced knowledge of project planning and forecasting.
