We are seeking a Support Operations Associate to join our team in Adelaide. This is a varied role where you will manage the front of house, ensure the facilities are exceptionally presented and in working order, as well as lend a hand to the various teams onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff
  • Handling and maintaining our meeting and shared spaces within the office and providing support when meetings are being hosted as required.
  • Manage all onsite catering and event requirements with local and interstate stakeholders.
  • Ensure the shared spaces are topped up with teas, coffee, milk etc at all times
  • Providing additional administrative support to the manager and wider team
Requirements:
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in managing multiple room bookings
