We are seeking an exceptional Client Experience Host to provide a personalized, engaging and memorable in-showroom experience for clients.
This is a hands-on role involving various tasks, including liaising with clients and colleagues on the shop floor and carrying out administrative duties in the back office.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for delivering excellent client service, building rapport with clients, and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of hospitality and client experience within the showroom.
- Responding to enquiries over the phone and email.
- Arranging appointments and managing calendars.
- Making and serving beverages for clients in the showroom.
- Organising and preparing the VIP room.
- Maintenance of the showroom housekeeping standards.
- Compliance to company procedures and policies.
- Keeping up to date with knowledge of the product and services offered in the showroom.
- Completion of all training requirements through e-learning and other sources.
Essential attributes include:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
- Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- A great understanding of what an exceptional client experience looks like.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexible/adaptable to change.
- Confidentiality at the highest level.
