The Role
We seek a dynamic individual to join our team as a Chocolate Experience Creator. As a vital member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, guiding them through our world-class range and recommending new flavours to create loyal fans.
This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, delivering unforgettable experiences to our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring each interaction is memorable and contributes to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations to enhance their chocolate experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect product from our diverse range, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including flavour profiles and ingredient combinations.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment, contributing to a harmonious team dynamic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
