The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Corporate Communications to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Tevapharm's corporate reputation among key stakeholders, including media, investors, employees, and the broader community. You will develop and execute communications strategies to enhance our reputation and brand awareness in the region, manage content for internal and external communication channels, and lead crisis communication plans.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute communications strategies to enhance Tevapharm's reputation and brand awareness in the APAC & ANZ region.
  2. Manage content for internal and external communication channels.
  3. Lead crisis communication plans, provide strategic counsel, and manage communications to the media and public.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and deliver key messages to stakeholders, including investors, employees, and the public.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, or public relations with a focus on the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and/or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong media relations skills and experience managing relationships with media outlets.
  • Experience in crisis communication and issues management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the APAC & ANZ media landscape and cultural nuances.
