Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and vibrant individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for inspiring, coaching, and managing teams of 10 to 15 to achieve individual and store targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous leadership experience in a high-turnover retail store
  • Ability to deliver results in a performance-based environment
  • Proven track record in achieving individual sales targets
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Ability to drive performance and culture
  • Ability to create a fun environment
