The Role

We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Plenty Valley Store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for motivating the crew through demonstrating our values and exceptional customer service daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Manager with leadership, crew development, and succession planning, management, and administration
  • Meeting targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining merchandising standards
  • Stock management and inventory control
  • Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service
