Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining day-to-day building, facilities and infrastructure management as well as the fleet portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, manage new and existing leasing arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with funding, contractual, legislative and policy requirements.
  • Develop, implement and maintain compliance and risk management procedures.
  • Manage the operations of the fleet car-pool booking system.
  • Prepare regular facilities, fleet and assets management reports.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong experience in facilities management, planning and maintenance as well as fleet management.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, industry best practice and legislative requirements.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and able to manage and prioritize competing demands.

A salary of up to $110K plus Superannuation is on offer, as well as attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging and remote working options.
