About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. As a key member of our Workplace Transformation team, you will play a critical role in leading client engagement and driving the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure a single point of contact for the client.
  • Build a positive relationship with clients and lead all engagement with the client.
  • Advocate on behalf of the client with the Workplace Transformation Program Delivery team.
  • Work closely with the Program Delivery team to deliver projects in line with client requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a relationship management role with a strong track record in stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to develop documentation, including presentations for meetings with senior executives, detailed project documentation, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in managing communications outputs and working with change or communications leads to deliver communications strategies and plans.
  • Ability to provide examples of innovation and creativity in solving complex work problems, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet competing priorities and needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships and actively listen to stakeholders.
  • Highly resilient and able to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and support project development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives, and other project priorities.
