Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on known risks and issues when changes are suggested to the system. They will also provide advice on system limitations and potential enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on known risks and issues when changes are suggested to the system.
  • Provide advice on system limitations and potential enhancements.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members in related systems, processes, and methodology.
  • Provide system currency updates and recommendations.
  • Guide the business on change management and IT processes.
  • Assist with incident, problem, and change management.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Well-developed skills in mentoring and training team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Intermediate skills in business analysis.
