Overview

The role of a Grocery Supervisor is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of the Grocery department and team.

  • This individual will assist with the day-to-day operations within the Grocery setting, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building a strong rapport with our customers and team.
  • Be confident in delegating appropriate tasks to team members.
  • Maintaining stock levels within the store, rotating stock, and keeping stock well presented at all times.
  • Understanding of computer-based systems.
  • Fork Lift Licence is advantageous.
  • Experience and knowledge in Grocery merchandising are preferred.
