As a Grocery Delivery Associate, you will play a key role in our delivery operations, ensuring that customers receive their online orders promptly and safely. You'll work closely with your colleagues to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, using our state-of-the-art technology to manage the process.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver orders to customers safely and on time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Australian driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry groceries up to 20kg
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
