Role Overview

A Digital Marketing Specialist is required to work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistency across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and clinic growth targets.
  • Overseeing website content, SEO, and UX enhancements to improve traffic and conversion rates.
  • Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns (PPC, social, display) to increase brand awareness and appointment bookings.
  • Maintaining online reputation efforts, including managing reviews and analysing feedback.
  • Delivering regular reporting dashboards and performance insights for internal teams and clinic stakeholders.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools; using insights to guide strategic decisions.

Our ideal candidate has experience in data-driven decision making and creativity, a passion for animal health, and can lead projects or collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CMS platforms, and experience with veterinary systems.
