We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Gaming Venue Operations Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment.

As an Executive Gaming Venue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the gaming room, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gaming Room Oversight: Supervise and manage gaming within the establishment, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Monitor and maintain gaming equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
  • Staff Training and Support: Train, schedule, and support gaming staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Daily Operations: Assist the Venue Manager in daily operations, including overseeing the dining area, bar, and other guest-related activities.
  • Leadership Support: Provide exceptional support to the leadership team.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and events to attract new gaming customers.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Hospitality Standards: Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and enforce policies to guarantee guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of gaming activities, financial transactions, and compliance documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Support the Venue Manager in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing gaming facilities or equivalent gaming experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must possess all required licenses (RSA, RSG Modules).
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests.
  • Organisational and Multitasking Abilities: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to gaming activities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is a plus.
