**Gaming Manager - Caroline Springs**

**The Company**

Located along the banks of Lake Caroline in Caroline Springs, this multi-faceted hospitality complex includes a 90-machine extensive gaming room and TAB, large bistro, sports bar, lobby bar, event spaces along with Hotel accommodation.

Seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gaming Manager to lead the Gaming and TAB team at one of the top 15 gaming venues in Victoria.

**The Role
- Oversee day-to-day gaming room and TAB operations, prioritising a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.
- Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing gaming staff, emphasising collaboration and excellence.
- Manage payroll, create schedules, and conduct performance evaluations while monitoring and optimising gaming revenue, expenses, and budgets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations, generating regular reports to provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager and collaborating with relevant departments for comprehensive business reporting.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience in gaming management, preferably in high volume venue.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- You're a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You're up to date on industry trends, and a passion for gaming.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
