Key Responsibilities

On a daily basis, you will support all technical components of each event and assist with general venue support. Your responsibilities include assisting with planning and executing room setups and virtual events, supporting the Venue Support Technician with daily operations, and helping clients and instructors with their requests.

Requirements
  • Basic hands-on IT technical experience, preferably gained within corporate events focused on AV or hardware.
  • Experience in hospitality or fast-paced customer service environment is an advantage.
Essential Skills
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems.
  • A basic understanding of audio-visual fundamentals and technologies.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service focus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Calmness under pressure, making intelligent and effective decisions.
  • Ability to work unsupervised as part of an overall team to achieve end goals.
  • Physical fitness for corporate event room setup.
