Real Estate Sales Consultant

The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively market and sell off-the-plan properties to meet predetermined sales targets. This involves utilizing personal and professional networks, as well as establishing rapport with clients to understand their long-term goals and vision.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in off-the-plan sales, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for off-the-plan properties
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Attend qualified lead meetings and tailor investment property options to suit individual client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive and Sales Coach to drive sales growth and development
  • Represent the company during meetings and site visits, maintaining a positive brand image
  • Follow up on all inbound leads in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in off-the-plan sales with a proven track record of achievement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients
  • Valid driver's license
