Job Title: Area ManagerDescription

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Centre Managers to achieve quality care, development, and education of children while achieving operational business objectives.

You will be responsible for driving team engagement through positive leadership and modelling G8 values. This includes fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, experience in the early years sector, and the ability to lead a dedicated team through innovation and transformation.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about creating high-quality learning environments for young children.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably within the early years sector.
  • Centre Manager experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Multisite or multichannel leadership experience preferred.
  • Employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring experience with proven ability to lead a dedicated team through innovation and transformation.
  • Passionate belief in the early years care, development, and education of children.
  • Demonstrated P&L, financial, and transaction accountability.
  • Approved working with children check as per NSW regulations and compliance.
