As a leader in early years education, you will oversee daily operations of a childcare centre, delivering high-quality learning and care to young minds. You will lead a team of passionate educators, foster a nurturing environment for children, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As Centre Manager or Centre Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum and educational programs that promote children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR relevant degree and at least two years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Current certification or willingness to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis management.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and quality frameworks (e.g., NQF, EYLF).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and education for children.
