We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Community & Support Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience to all clients, encompassing community, government and direct services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product and service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process for new alarms.
  • Troubleshoot non-urgent medical alarm enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
