Senior Health and Safety Consultant

This role necessitates collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent safety protocols are implemented, resulting in a secure and healthy work environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Incorporate organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System into operational practices.
- Partner with operational leadership teams to implement WHS minimum standards and the HSE Management System into business operations.
- Develop leaders' and managers' capabilities to effectively lead safety initiatives, promote accountability, and drive improved safety performance.
- Collaborate with the Group WHS Team to design and deliver relevant and engaging safety communications.
- Evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies, including HSE policies.
- WHS qualification or related field expertise.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Business Partner or Advisor.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in documenting risk assessments, developing toolboxes, and completing other safety documentation.
- Prior experience in implementing HSE Management Systems and procedures across multiple sites.
- Experience in managing incident response, reporting, and investigations using ICAM methodology.
- Able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes in a commercial context.
