Lead Customer Experience Ambassador

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring our customers leave feeling satisfied and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Assist customers with queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Able to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
