Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team for assignments with various clients in the construction and quarry sectors. As a Civil Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavators, graders, and rollers, to ensure efficient and safe construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, graders, and rollers, to perform excavation, grading, and compaction tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve construction milestones and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- RII Statement of Attainment and proof of a minimum of 12 months experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
- Construction White Card.
- Residence in the region.
- Flexibility for potential work away from home as per project requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment medical, physical, and D&A screenings.
