Achieve Group is Seeking a Skilled Multi-Skill Machine Operator

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Civil Construction Multi-Skill Machine Operator. As a key member of our clients construction crew, you will play a crucial role in various civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of heavy construction equipment, including watercarts, loaders, excavators, skid steer, truck, graders, and rollers.
  • Perform tasks such as rolling, spraying and loading to prepare construction sites for various projects.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload materials using heavy machinery as required for project needs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
  • Work closely with construction crews and supervisors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor repairs when possible.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a multi-skill machine operator in civil construction projects.
  • Valid heavy equipment operator's license or certification.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
