Job Summary

The Role
  • As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • You will also be responsible for managing employee data, generating reports, and performing other administrative tasks.

This is a temporary position, but we anticipate it becoming a long-term role. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll, including calculating pay, deductions, and benefits
  • Manage employee data, including updates, terminations, and rehirings
  • Generate reports, including payroll summaries, tax returns, and compliance documents
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems
Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
