Job Description:

The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in maintaining our Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) framework.

This forward-thinking organisation is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join them in managing their Governance, Risk & Legal functions.

The Team Leader will be responsible for Maintaining EWRM, ensuring compliance and improvement, Preparing and presenting risk reports to various committees, Overseeing Corporate Governance, policy alignment and updates, Providing expert legal advice on various matters, including contracts, Coordinating membership information and satisfaction, and Monitoring administration matters, trademarks and website content.
