Cart Room Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cartroom Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to golfers, ensuring the smooth operation of the cartroom, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with golfers throughout the check-in procedure, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assist with bag drop and registration processes during corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Keep golf carts clean and operationally sound, performing regular checks and maintenance tasks.
• Course marshalling as required, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for golfers.
• Maintain driving ranges to a high standard at all times, ensuring optimal playability and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• First aid training would be advantageous in responding to emergencies and ensuring golfer safety.
• A valid driver's license is essential for transporting staff and equipment around the course.
• Customer service experience is crucial in delivering exceptional service to golfers.
• Corporate golf experience is preferred, but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
• Golf course knowledge and some tee sheet experience would be beneficial in navigating the course and optimizing operations.
