Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dining Services Associate to join our team. This role involves working as a motivated member of our care services team, supporting the efficient and timely service of food and beverages to residents in a care home.
About You:
- You will have relevant experience in a customer-facing role within a care environment.
- You will be familiar with Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- You will be able to work effectively with residents and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality meals for our residents.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of dining areas.
- Liaise with the catering and care management teams to ensure effective communication.
- Clean tables after service and adopt a tidy work ethic.
- Manage kitchen stock, monitor fridge temperatures, clean kitchen fridges, and maintain cleanliness.
