Dining Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dining Services team as a Dining Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food trays for patient consumption, delivering and serving meals according to established schedules, and cleaning equipment.

About the Role:
  • Prepare food trays with a focus on presentation and quality
  • Deliver and serve meals in a timely and courteous manner
  • Clean and sanitize food service equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Prepare food trays for patient consumption, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
  2. Meal Service: Deliver and serve meals according to established schedules, ensuring that patients receive their meals in a timely and courteous manner
  3. Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize food service equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and prevent cross-contamination
Selection Criteria:
  • A current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 or willingness to attain
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services is desirable
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience
  • The ability to work without supervision and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
