Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Mount Nasura.
As a Diploma Qualified Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
You will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
- Work closely with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
