In the role of Assistant Director, you will leverage your experience and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, fostering continuous improvement in all facets of centre operations. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team and cultivate respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, while engaging with the local community.
About Goodstart Mount Nasura
Goodstart Early Learning Mount Nasura is a dedicated childcare facility accommodating 75 children daily, strategically located for accessibility. Our centre features two nursery rooms designed for infants aged eight weeks to 15 months and 16 months to two years, a toddler room for ages two to three, a junior kindergarten for ages three to four, and a kindergarten for children aged four to five.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care.
- Mentor and enhance the skills of the centre team.
- Oversee the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
- Implement and adhere to the Goodstart Practice Guide.
