Job Opportunity: Production Team Member

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to join our production crew as a Production Team Member. This is a full-time role that focuses on abrasive blasting and powder coating.

About the Job:

This position involves working alongside our assembly team to build top-notch products. You will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and finishing components to a high standard, as well as assisting with tray and accessory assembly as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, inspection, and finishing of components to meet high standards
  • Assistance with tray and accessory assembly as needed
  • Safe and efficient use of hand, air, and power tools
  • Maintenance of clean equipment and tidy workspace
  • Adherence to instructions and meeting job timelines

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a practical individual who is physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced workshop environment. Previous experience in a hands-on or laboring role is preferred, but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills is also important.
