We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Primary Engineer to join our team in a key role that will drive sustainable energy solutions. As a critical member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise associated with high voltage switchgear and instrument transformers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert input into asset management strategies and philosophies
- Contribute towards maintenance policy/practices
- Initiate projects (developing concepts, preparing business cases, and project handover documentation)
- Support regulatory submission replacement plans
- Support the implementation of asset management and asset replacement initiatives
- Assess and review the condition of power and instrument transformers
- Review/audit asset-related databases
- Investigate and analyze equipment failures or problems, drafting reports, etc.
- Degree qualified in Engineering
- 5+ years of engineering/asset management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to safety outcomes
- Understanding of Asset Management leading practices, frameworks, and relevant standards
- Ability to lead and coordinate failure and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
