Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead vital water infrastructure projects on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable leader to join our collaborative team and make a real community impact.

The Role:

  • You will manage important infrastructure projects that directly benefit local communities by renewing and maintaining the water assets that keep the Gold Coast operational.
  • Your focus will be on collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement, leading a high-performing team to deliver capital works projects on time and to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise multiple renewal and capital work projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Lead project planning, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and performance reporting.
  3. Guide your team in identifying risks, fostering innovation, and addressing problems that may impact project delivery.
  4. Build strong relationships with delivery partners, design teams, and key stakeholders.
  5. Promote a culture of learning by mentoring Project Engineers and encouraging best practices.
