Regional Facilities Manager

We are seeking a seasoned facilities management professional to lead our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities management services across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies for service excellence and operational improvement.
  • Drive vendor performance, contract management, and procurement best practices.
  • Prepare and present reporting on financials, KPIs, incidents, and business reviews.
  • Lead and mentor a team of FM professionals.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A degree in facilities management, real estate, or related field.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance metrics.
  • Deep understanding of technical operations and building systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
