We seek a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in leading design and drafting teams. This full-time role involves heading modelling and drafting support services for engineering projects, leveraging advanced technologies to optimize digital model development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of professionals to deliver high-quality project concepts and detailed designs supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to produce reliable and cost-effective project concepts and designs, managing digitally based asset presentation and visualization processes (2D, 3D, VR).
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide technical input on timely and standards-compliant drafting projects.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
  • Leadership ability to mentor and develop team members' capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting to senior leadership.
