">- Patient Flow Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Patient Flow Team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of patient flow across our facilities.
">Your primary focus will be on coordinating patient flow in a timely manner, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Unit Managers and other Hospital Coordinators to achieve this goal.
">You will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management of admissions and staffing resources, monitoring and reviewing existing patient placements, building and maintaining relationships with other facilities, and ensuring optimal utilization of beds in each area.
">About You">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, preferably at Level 4, and experience in Hospital Coordination, management, and/or patient flow. You will also need excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as high level communication and public relation skills.
">As a leader, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of integrity, empathy, and understanding of our organisation's values and vision. You will be required to assess clinical, administrative, and financial risk of transfer requests from other facilities, and make informed decisions accordingly.
