About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail management team and take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working closely with the regional manager to achieve commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a retail manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff development. You will have the opportunity to lead a large team and develop their skills and abilities.

About You and Your Skills
  • You must have the ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+)
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Ability to drive results and meet or exceed key commercial targets
  • Strong focus on customer service and ability to inspire customers through visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards
  • Customer-obsessed and able to continually seek to better understand diverse customer needs
  • Leadership skills to drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
