Director, People Experience Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the strategic and operational delivery of our people partnering, employee engagement, and employment relations functions.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in driving integrated HR solutions and influencing the direction of an employee lifecycle.

This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborates closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team responsible for people partnering, employee engagement, and employment relations.
