Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Visionary to lead our National Logistics function. Reporting to the Executive General Manager Production, Property & Logistics, this role is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for logistics that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Lead the safe, timely, and efficient distribution of products across Australia, ensuring customer satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
  • Define key metrics for performance and implement a structure consistent with the vision and strategy for the function.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance, considering safety, cost, efficiency, and broader impact.
