Transforming Cold Chain Operations

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the transformation of our cold storage logistics operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of temperature-controlled warehousing and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Culture: Inspire, develop, and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives accountability and excellence.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and food safety standards (FSANZ, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility).
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service and build strong client relationships.
  • Cold Storage Leadership: Oversee the efficient operation of temperature-controlled warehousing and supply chain processes.
  • Financial Performance: Manage budgets and cost control to optimize site profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiencies through process optimization, waste reduction, and innovation.

This role requires a people-focused leader who can engage, develop, and inspire teams, as well as a safety and compliance champion with extensive experience leading operations in cold storage, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
