Are you a skilled finance professional looking for a challenging role in property management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team as a Financial Portfolio Lead.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and review of management accounts across our expanding portfolio of properties in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, property managers, and building owners to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly reporting packs across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead monthly performance meetings with property teams and clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with property managers to support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial reviews, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Produce accurate quarterly and annual financial reports for property owners, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior finance team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Requires a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Business and nearing completion of CA/CPA accreditation.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a similar role in finance, preferably in property management.
  • Proficiency in multi-entity accounting, variance analysis, and budgeting/forecasting software.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
