About the Position

We are seeking a driven Senior Site Supervisor to assist our Site Managers with site supervision and driving the project to completion. As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with site supervision, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met
  • Assist with site supervision and coordinate on-site activities
  • Manage trade activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Open and close site as required
  • Perform light laboring work from time to time

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial construction is advantageous
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
