About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Developer to join our Cotton On Group team. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of product developers to create high-quality, sustainable, and lifestyle products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product developers to develop and implement product strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and product teams, to ensure product quality and sustainability
  • Develop and manage product specifications, technical requirements, and product schedules
  • Conduct product fittings and reviews to ensure products meet quality and sustainability standards
  • Partner with suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations and track production
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or qualification in production, fashion, or textiles
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior product developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
  • Knowledge in jersey fabrication is highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
