Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to work as an interview producer on our breakfast show. This role will be based in Sydney and requires the ability to manage bookings, research topics, and coordinate logistics for interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a live newsroom environment, excellent time management skills, and the ability to make sound editorial judgments quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Book guests for the show and coordinate interview logistics
  • Research topics and prepare the host's questions
  • Set up interview production elements, including graphics and background footage
  • Arrange location and equipment for interviews, including videoconferencing solutions

The successful candidate will have proven skills in arranging operations logistics and coordinating with credible guest sources. Proficiency in Quantel and ENPS is also highly regarded. Requirements:
  • Up to three years' experience in a live newsroom environment
