Lead Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lead Product Strategist to drive the development and optimisation of digital products and platforms.

This challenging and rewarding role involves defining product vision, overseeing product development, advocating for customer needs, collaborating with stakeholders, leading teams, and driving innovation and growth.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will establish a compelling product vision and ensure the roadmap aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • They will oversee the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and design through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
  • Advocating for the customer is crucial, ensuring products address meaningful needs and consistently deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaboration and influence are key skills required, working effectively with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to achieve shared outcomes.
  • The Lead Product Strategist will guide cross-functional squads, mentor team members, and cultivate a high-performing, product-focused culture.
  • Data-driven decision making is essential, utilising insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact, and inform strategic choices.
  • Identifying and implementing emerging technologies, scaling solutions thoughtfully, and sustaining competitive advantage are also critical responsibilities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years in digital Product Management, ideally in financial services, lending, or property.
  • A proven track record leading products end-to-end with measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to challenge ideas respectfully and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish a compelling product vision and ensure the roadmap aligns with overarching business objectives.
