Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Ticketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous ticketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Act as the primary contact for ticketing operations and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities.">
  3. Liaise with relevant parties to resolve matters related to tickets and member entitlements.">
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional customer service.">
  5. Coordinate the fulfillment of internal ticket requests and maintain accurate records.">
  6. Serve as the key contact for opposition teams regarding ticketing requests and coordinate bespoke builds.">
  7. Contribute to achieving ticketing targets by capitalising on crowd build opportunities.">
  8. Collaborate with the membership team to ensure seamless delivery of matchday operations across membership and ticketing.">

Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

  1. ">
  2. Previous ticketing experience.">
  3. Experience using Aspect and/or Archtics platform.">
  4. Strong administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.">
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.">
  6. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise within tight timeframes.">
