Job Summary:

The Client Services Officer plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional client experiences. This dynamic position requires the ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families, handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients, manage waiting room workflows, and coordinate appointments
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the clinical team
  • Process cash, EFTPOS, and other payments
  • Request results, samples, and documents from third-party providers

About You:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in high-volume reception or administration is required
  • You must be able to take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential
